I was pleasantly surprised by the diet lecture. I was expecting information technology to be "Paleo or die" but it wasn't at all. I walked away from the weekend feeling like I didn't even know anyone else's proper name. We never did introductions of whatever kind (not as a big group or in our modest groups)…it was just strange.
